Sharing

Overview

There are 3 ways to share a project with other people:

  1. Workspace members share the workspace's projects, by default, with permissions that vary.
  2. The project's owner can share a project with people outside the workspace by assigning them the role of viewer or editor (see Workspace Guests).
  3. A project (or only its play mode) can be made public, so that anyone with the link can view it.

For the first two sharing options, see the section on workspaces.

Public access

To enable public link access to your project:

  • Open the project
  • Click on Share from the top menun bar
  • Click on the dropdown at the bottom of the Share modal, next to "Anyone with the link..."
  • Select has no access to disallow public access, can play only to allow access only to the project playable URL and can view and play to allow access to both the Design view and Play Mode
  • Click on copy link to copy the project's URL to your clipboard for sharing.

{success} People with access to a project through a public link are called project visitors and do not need an Arcweave account to view or play the project.
